Harvey Goldstein is the managing director of Business-Link Consultancy in Singapore. In past years, he has played leaderships roles in the Kadin Indonesia Komite Amerika Serikat and the American Chamber of Commerce in Indonesia. In addition, Harvey Goldstein supports the Johns Hopkins University Center for Talented Youth.

The Center for Talented Youth Online is a digital hub designed to help pre-K to grade-12 students advance their learning. Eligibility for the program is based on student performance on one of a number of specific tests, according to the student’s grade level. Scores received not only determine eligibility, but also establish which programs a student can enroll in. For students in the second to the eighth grades, eligibility for testing is determined by a global talent search conducted by the Center for Talented Youth. The talent search identifies students with outstanding academic ability.

Academically talented students unable to take the eligibility test on time can apply for provisional admission. This allows them to enroll in one course through CTY Online. In addition, students may qualify for the Study of Exceptional Talent (SET) program. Qualified students must score at least 700 on the math or critical reading sections of the SAT before their 13th birthday, or 10 points higher for each month beyond their 13th birthday.

A longtime Indonesia-based multinational consultant, and the President of Singapore's Business-Link Consultancy Pte. Ltd., Harvey Goldstein has past experience as president of the American Chamber of Commerce in Indonesia. Harvey Goldstein currently serves as chairman of the Johns Hopkins University Center for Talented Youth (CTY) South East Asia Advisory Board. The globally networked organization was founded in Baltimore, Maryland, in the late 1970s and offers gifted students,from all backgrounds access to scholarships, internships, and diverse academic offerings.

CTY International operates in host nations and seeks to translate its core curriculum and services in a diversity of the regions it serves. The organization provides comprehensive support, training, and educational materials to ensure that its programs thrive, with the goal of offering the highest-quality education to gifted school-age participants worldwide. CTY International takes particular care to standardize, translate, and localize Spatial Test Battery and School and College Ability Tests for specific cultures and regions. It also maintains an International Educators Institute that trains teachers in strategies for meeting the needs of highly able students. As a result of this stringent process, the program enables talented youth to meet their full potential in a demanding and creative academic setting.
