About Harvey Goldstein (Indonesia)
Harvey Goldstein is an American executive who has almost five decades of experience doing business and creating jobs in Southeast Asia. Mr. Goldstein is currently the Managing Director of Business-Link Consultancy Pte Ltd, Singapore and chairman of Harvest International Inc., a business development and venture capital firm that helps foreign companies and entrepreneurs succeed in the Indonesian market. Its clients have included Fortune 100 companies such as Ford, Exxon, Pepsi-Cola, Procter & Gamble, Shell, GE, and Motorola. Harvey Goldstein is also the managing director of Business-Link Consultancy PTE LTD in Singapore.
Mr. Goldstein has achieved numerous leadership positions related to the development of business opportunities in the Asia-Pacific. In the 1980s, he presided as the chairman of the Asia-Pacific Council of American Chambers of Commerce and as president of the American Chamber of Commerce in Indonesia. His other activities include serving as executive member of the board for the Indonesian Executive Circle, a council member of the Jakarta International School, and as Honorary Consul General to Indonesia, representing the Gambia. Mr. Goldstein’s experience also includes working in academia as an assistant professor at the State University o New York – Erie County Technical Institute and as a special professor at Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok, Thailand.
